Solutions — Automated Payment Reminders

Automated Payment Reminders.
Engage Customers Earlier.

Revenue Guard engages customers with timely, customer-specific Voice and SMS payment reminders tailored to your business requirements and delivered on automated outreach schedules to create consistent opportunities for customers to take payment action.

Engage Earlier. Preserve Revenue.
YOU HAVE A DESIGN PROBLEM.

Traditional payment follow-up often begins after a payment is already overdue and the receivable has started to age. Revenue Guard moves customer engagement earlier in the payment lifecycle, using timely payment reminders to address routine inaction and payment friction before more accounts require downstream recovery.

Where The Gaps Live

Four Things Hiding In Your Reminder Process Right Now

Most organizations have at least three of these. Almost none of them know which three.

01
Manual Follow-Up
Staff are sending reminders by hand meaning volume, timing, and tone vary by person. That’s a process, not a system.
02
Channel Mismatch
Reminders go out over one channel while customers prefer another. Emails ignored. Calls unanswered. Payments stalled.
03
No Escalation Logic
When a reminder doesn’t resolve, there’s no designed next step. The case sits until someone notices, usually too late.
04
Revenue Leakage
Payments that could have been recovered age quietly out. The cost doesn’t show on a dashboard, it just disappears.
What Good Looks Like

A Reminder System That Runs Without You In It

Resilient
Reminders go out on time, every time, regardless of call volume, staffing, or time of day. No manual intervention required.
Multi-Channel
SMS, IVR Phone and email sequenced by what actually works for that customer, not what’s easiest for your team.
Escalation-Aware
When a reminder doesn’t resolve, the system escalates by design , not by waiting for someone to notice.
PCI-Contained
Payment links not card numbers in emails. Customers complete payment in a secure environment that doesn’t expand your scope.
Auditable
Every touchpoint logged. Every outcome is tracked. Recovery rates, channel performance, and timing data are visible without spreadsheets.
Scalable
Volume doubles. The system handles it. No new headcount, no new process, just the same flow, at a higher load.
